Trailer for Mists of Pandaria: World of Warcraft Expansion

World of Warcraft have released the cinematic trailer for the expansion Mists of Pandaria, their fourth expansion set. With the release of this new expansion, everything is new again, including a new race of characters and a new continent to explore. The trailer shows that the expansion comes with a few things that fans have come to expect: like great music and lots of entertainment value.

Synopsis from World of Warcraft:
You've ended Deathwing's destructive rampage and saved the dragonflights from extinction. Now you must unlock the mysteries of the lost continent and discover the dark secrets of Pandaria's past. Explore ancient kingdoms hidden since before the Sundering, plunder vast treasures from the depths of the forgotten vaults, and rise to defend Pandaria from the shadow of a long buried evil - before it's too late.

After staying away from WoW for some time, I think it's time I started playing again. I want to be a ninja panda, living in a misty valley.

Real Life Version Of Super Mario

Is This What A Mario Brother Would Look Like In Real Life?

If Nintendo's most popular video game character Mario really existed, he would probably look a lot like this artist's rendition. The portrait is titled It's a-Me! by artist Mike Meth, who created this lifelike Italian plumber picture digitally. While he does look a lot more lifelike, he also looks a tad creepy: hopefully Nintendo will stick to the cartoon version that we all know and love!

LEGO Lord Of The Rings Video Game Trailer

The LEGO video game franchise is becoming a wonderful thing. Here is the new full length trailer for the upcoming Lord Of The Rings video game, which looks like a fun tribute to the movies that we love.

Conan O'Brien Plays Skyrim

Conan O'Brien is one clueless gamer and he knows it. That's why he has created a segment on his show Conan, where he takes a popular video game, plays it, and reviews it for a few laughs. In this weeks segment, he plays the popular game Skyrim.

The Entire Chrono Trigger Game In Under 6 Minutes

If you have ever played Chrono Trigger, you will know that it's one of the best games on the Super Nintendo. That's saying a lot considering the SNES has some of the best games of any system (It's my favorite gaming console of all time, so I am pretty biased). If you ever get nostalgic about the game, or just want to see what it looks like, youtuber vgcuts has abbreviated the entire video game in less than 6 minutes.

Mario Stop Motion Animation With Post-It Notes

How many Post-It notes does it take to make Mario come alive? In this case it took 7,000 to create this amazing stop motion animation video. 7,000 post-it notes is a lot of paper, but the amount of post-its isn't the only impressive thing about this video, the work and time that went into this is also formidable. Congrats to Youtuber FinalCutKing, whose Mario stop motion animation is now circulating around the web.

Favorite Video Game Cosplayers From The 2012 San Diego Comic Con

Video game cosplay is a very special thing indeed. I really feel that we don't see enough video game costumes at most conventions. Fortunately The San Diego Comic Con had it's fair share of video game cosplayers this year. Be sure to also check out our Cosplay Highlights From The 2012 San Diego Comic Con.

Duke Nukem Reads 50 Shades Of Grey

Warning: Language

50 Shades of Grey is an erotic novel that currently holds the record for fastest selling paperback in the world. The story centers on a young woman who encounters a wealthy businessman and they enter into a dominant-submissive relationship. Jon St John is the voice actor who does the voice of the video game character Duke Nukem. He was asked to do a reading of 50 Shades of Grey as Duke Nukem at a convention panel. The result is interesting (to say the least) and makes me wonder what other characters should do 50 Shades Of Grey readings.

Deadpool Video Game Trailer

Back in the 90s I was obsessed with Deadpool: he was easily my favorite comic book character. I remember thinking that it would be awesome if they did more Deadpool stuff and I know I wasn't alone in thinking; because in a few years he has gone from being fairly unknown to pretty mainstream. Here we are in 2012, and Deadpool is everywhere, so it's only fitting that he finally gets his own video game. Here is the Deadpool: The Game trailer as shown at the San Diego Comic Con:

The Best. Video Game Room. Ever.

A few weeks back we got to see a Super Mario Bros. themed bathroom. While that was impressive, this guy has the best gaming room I have ever seen. Why? Not only is his collection amazing, but it's freaking organized. I have half of those consoles, but they are all stored away in boxes or piled on top of each other anywhere I could find space. I have a gaming room like this in my dreams. If you have seen a better gaming room than this, send some pics please!

I love the Power Glove. It's So Bad.

This poor guy thinks that the Power Glove is going to bring him luck on his test, but if he's ever used Nintendo's Power Glove he would know that it's awful, except for driving games and Top Gun.

And for those of you who have no clue what the title of this post is referring too: this next video will explain it all:

A Video Gamer's Bathroom

At first glance this bathroom might appear to simply be a fantastic tribute to Super Mario Bros, but if you take a closer look you will see it isn't just a Mario Bros. themed bathroom: it's got more cool stuff like Pac-Man and Donkey Kong too. Definitely the place to do your business if you are into classic games and vintage consoles. Hit the jump for more pictures.
