There is nothing like a depressing beginning scene in a movie to completely change a lighthearted superhero film into a sad movie about the consequences of war. This short clip will be available on the DVD and Blu-Ray releases of the Avengers, along with tons of other deleted scenes, extras and other goodies. I am personally happy they didn't keep this particular scene in the movie, because after all the stuff the Avengers had to deal with, nothing ruins a mood better than the dirty political aftermath. Save that for the sequel.

Spider-Man Marriage Proposal
We've seen a lot of geeky marriage proposals on this website and we even have a list of our Top 10 Geeky Marriage Proposals. This video features Spider-Man proposing after saving his love from her would-be attackers. How can you say no to a marriage proposal from Spider-Man after he just saved your life? Public marriage proposals appear to be more effective if you get your friends in on the action. Nothing says I love you more than a well rehearsed performance in front of an audience.
